Gentle movement, made welcoming
Daily Tai Chi exists for one reason: to make gentle, steadying movement genuinely approachable — especially for beginners and people 55 and over.
Tai Chi is one of the world's gentlest forms of exercise — slow, flowing, low-impact movement paired with mindful breathing, often called meditation in motion. But too many apps and videos move too fast, assume you already know the forms, or bury the practice under clutter. We built Daily Tai Chi to be the opposite: unhurried, clear, and kind.
Our approach
Everything we make follows a few simple principles:
Senior-first, beginner-friendly. Large, high-contrast, clutter-free screens. Movements demonstrated step by step, slowly, at your own pace — no experience or flexibility required.
Gentle and low-impact. Slow movement that's kind to knees, hips and joints. Nothing fast, jarring, or strenuous.
A small, doable habit. A few calm minutes a day, shaped into a personalized 28-day path — because consistency, not intensity, is what helps you feel steadier over time.
Honest and private. No account or login required — your profile and progress stay on your device. We only collect anonymous, aggregate usage and crash statistics to improve the app.
Who makes Daily Tai Chi
Daily Tai Chi is made by Revolution Sport Company Limited, a small team focused on calm, accessible wellness apps. We're not a medical provider, and we don't claim to be. Our guides are written to be careful, clear, and honest — we describe gentle movement and how it may help you feel steadier and calmer, without overpromising or making medical claims.
